The Association of Military Spouse Entrepreneurs (AMSE) is a national organization built by military spouses, for military spouses, with a mission to provide education, resources, community, and business opportunities for military spouses building careers and businesses that can move with them throughout military life.

AMSE was founded by Moni Jefferson, a military spouse who recognized the career challenges military spouses face due to frequent relocations, deployments, and constant transitions. Seeing the need for a professional network and business support system specifically for military spouses, she created AMSE to provide solutions through entrepreneurship, remote work, training, financial education, business education, and community support.

The AMSE Pensacola Chapter

The AMSE Pensacola Chapter, led by Mandolyne Harris, Pensacola Chapter Leader, is one of the local chapter extensions in Florida and serves military spouses throughout Pensacola and the surrounding Gulf Coast region. The Pensacola Chapter focuses on connecting military spouses locally while also connecting them to the larger AMSE network nationwide.

The chapter hosts networking events, meet-and-greets, business workshops, collaborations, financial and business education sessions, and community outreach opportunities designed to help military spouses grow professionally and personally. Members are encouraged to promote their businesses, share resources, collaborate with other military spouse entrepreneurs, and build lasting professional relationships within the military and local business community.

The AMSE Pensacola Chapter is not just focused on business — it is focused on building confidence, leadership, friendships, and community within the military spouse network. In addition to business networking and education, the chapter plans to host meet-and-greets and activities such as:
