How and why did you get started in the restaurant/food truck industry?

“A passion for the food industry has been our driving force, with cooking at the heart of our endeavors. For years, we harbored ambitions of owning a hot dog cart or food truck. In 2024, our paths crossed with the former owners, and by the latter half of the year, our dreams materialized into reality. Today, we are walking in the very vision we once prayed for.”

What is your drive and passion?

“As community leaders and pastors, our mission extends far beyond serving food. We strive to make a real impact in our community, drawing from personal experiences to inspire and uplift others. My 16-year journey overcoming addiction—now 16 years clean—has shaped our purpose. We believe in second chances, and our food truck serves as an additional outlet for our greater calling: transforming lives through encouragement, service, and faith.”

What advice would you give to someone chasing their dream?

“My guiding principle is consistency, which I consider essential for success. Challenges will arise, and some weeks will be tough, but consistency is key. If you stay committed and push forward, opportunities will come. If you don’t take action, you forfeit all potential success. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
